
Biography
Daniel is a law clerk at Fried & Davis. He assists the firm in a variety of areas including: corporate law, nonprofit law, intellectual property and First Amendment issues.
Before coming to Fried & Davis, Daniel interned with Lafkas Patent in Cincinnati, where he focused on trademark law. He has also worked for an academic publishing company and as a research fellow at a public policy think-tank.
He is currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he is pursuing a certificate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Law certificate program. Daniel serves as Managing Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law & Policy and was selected to have his Student Note published by the Journal.
Daniel studied journalism during undergraduate at Ohio University and has worked as an intern with a newspaper in Cincinnati and as a program host on Ohio University's NPR affiliate.
