Biography
Margaret is a founding partner at Fried & Davis. Before coming to the firm, Margaret worked as a judicial clerk in both the Commonwealth and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania. Margaret also worked for nine years at Neighborhood Legal Services in Pittsburgh where she provided legal services to Pittsburgh's poor.

She has published in the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, the Temple Law Review, and the Cardozo Journal of Law and the Humanities. Margaret is better is known as Peggy Whelan in family circles.
