Biography
Marguerite's practice concentrates on elder law, employment law, nonprofit law and real estate matters. Having spent several years in the nonprofit sector as a manager and as an assistant director, Marguerite has a special understanding of the inner workings of nonprofits.

Before coming to Fried & Davis, Marguerite worked for Neighborhood Legal Services and Laurel Legal Services, where she learned how to address clients' needs holistically. While clerking for Springer Bush & Perry, she expanded her knowledge of the elderly community and the unique problems that confront them and their loved ones. Marguerite serves on the board of directors for the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh and is a certified mediator with the Pittsburgh Mediation Center.

After law school, she began an independent research project focusing on legal outreach toward the disadvantaged elderly, a project she continues to pursue today.
