Scott L. Levine is a Pittsburgh lawyer practicing in and around Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Levine handles a variety civil litigation matters although a significant portion of his practice is devoted to family law issues including: divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, step-parent adoption and protection from abuse. Scott was also an intern for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination where he investigated housing and employment discrimination. Scott continues his commitment to Pro Bono services through his involvement with the Uptown Legal Clinic, Neighborhood Legal Services and The Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council. Mr. Levine has presented seminars to numerous Senior Citizens groups about issues involving Estate Planning and Elder Law, and most recently the changes to Pennsylvania law involving Power of Attorney documents and Living Wills. During law school at the University of Pittsburgh - School of Law, Mr. Levine participated in the Trial and Appellate Moot Court competitions, and was an anchor and reporter for JURIST, an award-winning legal news and research website. He was also chosen to appear in the 24th Edition of Who's Who: American Law Students.
