Biography
Todd W. Elliott is a Pittsburgh lawyer practicing in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Washington County, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Elliott handles a variety of litigation matters involving breach of contract, warranties, personal injury, commercial law, and DUI. A portion of his practice is devoted to family law issues including: divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, step-parent adoption and protection from abuse.

Pittsburgh lawyer Todd W. Elliott has experience in both the private and judicial sector. He was previously a law clerk for the Honorable Peter Steege on the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County where he performed research and writing for the Court during trials involving slip and fall, commercial litigation, and medical liability matters. Mr. Elliott also worked as a litigator for a prominent regional law firm where he focused his practice in the area of civil litigation. Has handled cases involving vehicle accidents, subrogation, first party benefits claims (UM/UIM), bad faith, premises liability, coverage issues, workers' compensation, covenants not to compete, and unfair trade practices. Many of his cases resulted in jury trials and successful outcomes. He has also obtained favorable outcomes in trials involving child custody and child support.

Todd engages in community service through his involvement with the Allegheny County Modest Means program.

Mr. Elliott has presented seminars to various insurance companies such as Cincinnati and Stonewall Insurance, involving topics such as HIPAA (federal law governing medical records) and the law concerning bad faith handling of first party benefits claims.
